33mm Terms & Conditions and Terms of Use

By using the 33mm platform, you are considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions. Please read this document carefully and in full before you start playing.

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the player ("you", "user") who accesses and uses the 33mm platform ("service") and 33mm ("Company", "we"). By using the service, registering an account, or making a deposit, you are considered to have accepted these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. If significant changes are made, you will be notified through your account in a visible way. If you continue using the service after changes are made, it means you accept those changes.

Section 1

Account Registration and Eligibility Requirements

Anyone who wishes to use 33mm's services must meet the following requirements—

  • You must be at least 21 years of age or older. Anyone under 21 is not allowed to use the service.
  • Each individual may only open one account. If we find that one player has opened more than one account, bonuses may be blocked and removed, and the accounts may also be banned.
  • The information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal details.
  • Your account is for your personal use only. Playing on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
  • The player must confirm that they are able to use this service within the laws of the country where they reside.

Opening an account without meeting the eligibility requirements above gives us grounds to close it immediately.

Section 2

Account Security and Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your 33mm account login details (username and password) secure.

  • Any activity carried out on your account will be considered as having been done by you personally.
  • If you notice any unauthorized access or password breach, contact our support team immediately.
  • You may not share, lend, or sell your account to anyone else.
  • We reserve the right to temporarily suspend an account without prior notice, and we will provide a reasonable explanation when doing so.

Payments — Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions must comply with the following requirements—

  • Minimum Deposit: 5,000 Ks (for any payment method)
  • Minimum Withdrawal: 10,000 Ks
  • Withdrawal Processing Time: Normally completed within 10 to 45 minutes
  • Supported Payment Methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay
  • Withdrawals can only be sent to a registered payment method. Transfers to any third-party account are not allowed.
  • Funds deposited into your account are for playing games on 33mm only. All transactions must comply with our anti-money laundering policy.
  • We reserve the right to reject any payment that appears fraudulent or invalid.
Section 4

Bonus and Promotion Rules

Players who wish to claim bonuses and promotions must understand and agree to the following—

  • Welcome Bonus: Get a 100% bonus on your first deposit (up to 300,000 Ks). The bonus winnings can only be withdrawn after wagering the bonus amount × 10.
  • Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 20,000 Ks → Total balance 40,000 Ks → Must wager 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks before withdrawal
  • Example 2: Deposit 620,000 Ks → Bonus 300,000 Ks → Total balance 920,000 Ks → Must wager 300,000 Ks × 10 = 3,000,000 Ks before withdrawal
  • If you withdraw while a bonus is active, the bonus amount will be forfeited and only your player balance will be available for withdrawal.
  • We reserve the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
  • If we detect any attempt to abuse or manipulate a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

VIP Levels and Cashback Rewards

The 33mm VIP structure allows players to move up levels based on their playing activity and wagering—

  • Bronze Level: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%
  • Silver Level: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%
  • Gold Level: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%

Level-up criteria are determined by us and depend on each player's playing patterns and continued participation. Cashback is paid as bonus funds and standard wagering requirements apply. VIP benefits may change and we will notify players in advance.

Section 6

Game Rules — Fair Play

When playing games on the 33mm platform, you must follow these rules—

  • Using any software tools, bots, or automated playing methods is strictly prohibited.
  • You may not exploit game vulnerabilities or coordinate play to manipulate outcomes.
  • Slots, Live Casino, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Shan Koe Mee, 2D/3D, Crash Game, and football betting — each game has its own specific rules and they cannot be mixed.
  • In multiplayer games, players must not collaborate to reach a predetermined result.
  • You may not attempt to hack the game software or the random number generation (RNG) system.

If any of these violations are detected, the account will be suspended, all funds in the account may be forfeited, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action if necessary.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

33mm is committed to preventing money laundering—

  • We monitor all player payment activity.
  • If suspicious activity is detected, withdrawals may be put on hold and the account holder may be required to verify their identity.
  • No player may use their account as a money transfer tool.
  • We will also act on any patterns that suggest funds were deposited without the intention of playing.

  • Your data is protected with SSL encryption technology.
  • Players' personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties for unrelated purposes.

Service Suspension and Account Closure

33mm reserves the right to immediately suspend any player's account without prior notice for the following reasons—

  • Violation of these terms and conditions
  • Money laundering or fraudulent betting
  • Use of bots or unauthorised software
  • Providing false personal information
  • Opening more than one account per person
  • Threatening or harassing our staff

If a player wishes to close their own account, they can do so through our support. Any genuine remaining balance will be refunded, and any uncleared bonus funds will be forfeited.

Technical Service and Errors

While we do our best to provide uninterrupted service, you agree that the service may be temporarily suspended due to maintenance, technical issues, or reasons beyond our control—

  • We cannot be held immediately liable for games or funds lost due to server errors — such incidents are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • If a player discovers a game bug, they must stop using it and notify support immediately. Continuing to play through a bug may result in forfeiture of bonuses.

Legal Limitations and Liability Restrictions

You agree that 33mm's liability for any direct or indirect losses, unforeseen losses, or losses caused by third-party actions arising from your use of 33mm's services is limited within the bounds of the law.

This agreement is governed within the framework of Myanmar law, and any disputes or disagreements must first be addressed by contacting our customer support for negotiated resolution.

Using software bots or any automatic tools to play is strictly prohibited. Our system can detect such activity, and if found, the player's account will be closed and any funds in the account may be forfeited.
